"a new beginning"

here are a few pictures that i shot of the card and brochure that cathy and i designed and printed. let me know what you think.

i was thinking this Sunday morning about how God blesses us in ways that are beyond our understanding and comprehension. His ways are not our ways. they are much higher than we can achieve.
1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all of your cares upon Him; for He
careth for you."

dc photographers is launching ourselves a-new. we are striving to build our company in such a new way that you will want to find out where the fire is.

please take the time to plunder through our blog and let us know what you think of our work. don't forget to click on "old post" to continue your pilferage of our work.

these images are our lively hood and ask that you respect them as such and not print them or download them in any fashion.

cathy and i would love to speak with you concerning capturing any of your precious moments in time. we can be reached 24/7 either by e-mailing us at deancat2005@roadrunner.com or calling us at, 843-615-2052 for dean or 843-615-2051 for cathy.

snow day at brantwood

Well, well, we got some snow. it began snowing yesterday late afternoon. cathy and went to walmart to buy some snow food supplies, as were half of marion county. the stocking guys had to restock the bread racks three different times.

this is a little taste of what we woke up to. i got up early, got dressed, grabbed my nikon and ran out the door.

my neighbors little boy asked me if this was my first snow. the picture of the little neighbor girl was crying because she was afraid that her mom was angry with for getting her cloths wet.

the little girl was standing in my front yard while her mom talked with her from the street.

i had a large time but i almost froze my butt off getting these shots. I think it was worth it.
