Cathy and I went to Havlock, N.C. to visit with Blake, Angie Caitlin, and Christian Dean Hattaway. Blake is a Marine and was stationed at Cherry Point at the time of our visit.
Blake asked me if I wanted to shoot his bow and I just could not say no. This is the first time that I have shot a compound bow.
Blake had a bullz eye set out in the back yard at about 30 or so yards. I didn't hit the center of the apple that you see in the pictures but if you look closely, you will see the apple move and pieces of the apple fly up.
